Delivery Policy
All safe sales are considered special orders. More than 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery, you can cancel or return a special order, but a restocking fee of 20% will be applied prior to the refund. Within 48hrs of the delivery date, during delivery, or post delivery/pickup, the safe cannot be returned under any circumstances. If the safe does not fit in the requested location, or cannot fit in the path to get to the requested location, the customer will be asked to be choose an alternate location. If an alternate location cannot be reached, the customer will have the option to swap the safe to a smaller safe. In the case of a safe swap, the original item will be subject to the 20% restocking fee as well as a $149 attempted delivery fee.
